Terms of Service

A definitive guide to the digital infrastructure and mutual agreements governing your interaction with Digavo's mobile applications and services.

Effective: Jan 2026 v2.0 Revision

1. Binding Engagement

By accessing the applications developed by Digavo, you enter into a legally binding agreement under Italian law. These terms serve as the structural blueprint for our relationship, ensuring that our innovative software—tailored specifically for the refined tastes of the Italian demographic—remains secure, stable, and transparent.

Digavo operates out of Via Roma 123, 00184 Roma, Italy. Our commitment to the "Italian UX Lens" means we prioritize local linguistic precision and cultural relevance in all our agreements. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, your only recourse is to cease use of the services immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & License

The visual assets, underlying source code (including our proprietary mobile engines using Swift and Unity), and editorial content within our applications are the exclusive property of Digavo. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these tools for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Direct Restrictions

  • 01 Modification, reverse engineering, or extraction of source code is strictly prohibited.
  • 02 Redistribution of Digavo assets for commercial gains without explicit written consent.

3. User Responsibilities

The integrity of the Digavo ecosystem relies on user conduct. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activities that occur under their specific account. We advocate for a "Critical Depth" approach to gaming—engaging thoughtfully and respecting the digital boundaries set within our Italian tech stack.

Service Realities & Trade-offs

In the pursuit of high-performance mobile software, we make conscious decisions about stability vs. speed. These trade-offs are central to how we deliver Digavo applications in complex markets like Italy.

Visual Fidelity vs. Battery

High-end app renders may increase power consumption. Mitigation: We provide an "Efficiency Mode" in settings to throttle framerates.

Localization vs. Update Speed

Deep Italian cultural nuances take time to translate. Mitigation: New global features may arrive English-first with full localization following within 14 days.

Rural Connectivity vs. Asset Size

Detailed textures require bandwidth. Mitigation: Apps detect connection speed and use "Asset Streaming" for users on intermittent rural Italian 4G.

Mobile performance visualization

"Stable infrastructure is the silent foundation of great art."

Strategic Clarity

Questions Stakeholders Should Ask

How does Digavo handle EU Digital Services Act compliance?

We proactively integrate DSA standards into our terms, ensuring a clear path for content moderation and user reporting. Our Roma-based team audits these processes biannually.

What limits are placed on user data portability?

Under GDPR, we provide full data extraction tools. These terms guarantee that users can move their non-proprietary interaction metadata to other services upon 30 days' notice.

Are third-party payment systems like Satispay protected?

Our liability limit documentation explicitly covers payment integration handshakes. We use AES-256 encryption protocols for all financial relay points within the Italian market.

How are disputes resolved in an international context?

While we serve a global audience, primary jurisdiction remains the Court of Rome. This ensures a consistent legal baseline for intellectual property claims.

What happens if Digavo updates the technical stack significantly?

Terms are updated during major engine migrations. Users are notified via in-app alerts and must re-consent if the data processing logic changes fundamentally.
